How it Works.

Conciierge has 2 interfaces: User & Local Expert. The user main screen has 6 categories to choose from:

Plus Extra Services.

Each category has 12 sub-categories (in the form of buttons), for speed and ease of use. The 12 sub-categories change and evolve (due to our in-built A.I software), based on popularity. If the user doesn’t find their actual subcategory, they can also type their specific request. The sub-categories are optional.

The hotel invites their customer to join their private network of local experts and receive local-knowledge-live, when they make their reservation. They receive a personal URL, which expires on the day they check out. They can download and register for free by completing the following simple criteria or the hotel can simply automatically register for them

Once they choose their categories and launch their request for the first time, they are asked to verify their mobile phone number. When the number is verified, that request then gets sent out to all of the available conciierges in that particular network. Once their free trial ends (after 2 free requests) and they choose their categories and launch their request again, they are asked to verify their payment details by either

  • Credit Card Details
  • Amazon Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Wallet
  • PayPal
  • Add it to the hotel room bill

When they verify their payment details, that request then gets sent out, whereby the user starts paying from that point onwards.

Along with a well-designed and easy to use front-end, we will also build an extensive and sophisticated back-end for you including a back office, A.I software (to monitor behavioural trends and patterns of both users and conciierges), plus all chats and communication via hotel guest and conciierge.

Everything will be built in-house and we will own all the software.

Each user has their own profile allowing them to edit their photo, their bio, places travelled to etc. Each conciierge also has their own profile but they also have a mini dashboard showing them basic information in real-time like how many tips they have made, what their average tip is, how many requests they have received, what their average rating is etc.

Crucially, each hotel group will have a real-time internal control panel showing the following information

Number of Free User Downloads, Number of Paying Users, Number of Conciierges, Number of Requests, Number of Recommendations, Categories Requested, Cities Requested, Total Tips Paid, Average Tip, Average Rating, % of Repeat Business, User Locations, Conciierge Locations, Extra Services asked and provided for, Strategic Partners Used, Revenue generated from strategic partnerships,

    Connected via API connection, enabling our users to book an Uber directly from our platform hence earning us additional revenue in the form of commission.

    Connected via API connection, enabling our users to reserve a table in a restaurant directly from our platform hence earning us additional revenue in the form of commission.

    Connected via API connection giving us access to every single, bar, restaurant, club, museum, theatre, shop etc. in their global database.

    Enabling our users to find the recommended venue from their actual location.
